Tim Davis, President
Mr. Davis is a co-founder and President of American Energy Assets. Prior to founding AEA, Mr. Davis was an Executive Vice President of TXU Energy Services where he was a key part of the Management Team responsible for directing the efforts of TXU's unregulated business unit. Prior to TXU, Mr. Davis was President of ServiceMaster Energy Management(SEM), a wholly owned division of ServiceMaster. As President of SEM, Mr. Davis had day-to-day responsibility of this $40 million dollar Energy Service Business and was the lead Executive in managing the sale of SEM to TXU in 1999. Prior to accepting his role as President of SEM, Mr. Davis held various management positions including Director of Engineering and Director of Sales. He holds a dual BS from North Dakota State University in Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
Paul Zoby, Executive Vice President
Mr. Zoby is a co-founder and EVP of American Energy Assets. Prior to founding AEA, Mr. Zoby was an Executive Vice President of ServiceMaster Energy Management (SEM), where he held several positions in Engineering and Sales and was a key part of growing the business into a major Energy Service Company. Prior to accepting his positions at SEM, Mr. Zoby worked in the engineering consulting business where he held several positions and completed several projects. He holds a BS from Bucknell University in Mechanical Engineering.
