Jeff Johnson

Mr. Johnson is co-founder and Managing Director of MBH Enterprises, Inc. Prior to forming MBH, Mr. Johnson was co-founder and CEO of BELFOR USA Group, Inc., a full service contractor and disaster recovery firm operating throughout North America. Mr. Johnson identified the disaster recovery business as a fragmented $3 billion dollar market. As founder and CEO, Mr. Johnson led a team of 20 that grew to more than 1600 team members responsible for the service development and delivery, organic growth, and acquisition in the disaster recovery and reconstruction market. The business rapidly grew from one location to over 53 locations in North America. At the time of Mr. Johnson's sale of BELFOR USA late in 2002, the company was the market leader in insurance related disaster recovery and reconstruction producing annual revenues in excess of $400 million.
Mr. Johnson is an active investor, board member, and advisor to many businesses. He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and has attended many executive leadership courses in the United States and Europe.
Staunton Golding

Mr. Golding is co-founder and Managing Director of MBH Enterprises, Inc. Prior to forming MBH, Mr. Golding built his career in private equity, law, finance, and commercial transactions. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Golding was Managing Partner of the Denver-based investment firm Sage Capital Group. Prior to Sage Capital Group, Mr. Golding served as executive vice president and as a member of the Board of Directors of Sage Investment Holdings ("SIH"), a closely held operating company in the hospitality industry, specializing in management, development, and real estate investments. At SIH, Mr. Golding directed all corporate and project financing activity, as well as all capital transactions of SIH. During his tenure at SIH, Mr. Golding structured and directed over $250 million of investments. At the time of his departure from SIH in 2000, SIH operated in 28 states with annual revenues in excess of $300 million. Mr. Golding previously practiced law in Denver at the firms of Holme Roberts and Owen, and Jacobs Chase Frick Kleinkopf and Kelley.
Mr. Golding currently serves and has previously served on numerous boards of privately held companies as well as non-profit organizations. He received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Bernard "Bruno" Darré
Bow River Capital Partners

Mr. Darré is a co-founder and partner of Bow River Capital Partners, the general partner of two private equity/opportunity funds which make investments in operating companies and special situation real estate and oil and gas opportunities in the United States and Canada. Mr. Darré is also a partner in CapEx, LP, a $60 million small business investment company (SBIC) which makes mezzanine debt in operating companies throughout the United States.
Mr. Darré serves on the Board of Directors of American Energy Assets, Compass Bank (Colorado), Granite and Marble Holdings, Inc., the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation-Rocky Mountain Chapter, and The Neptune Society, Inc. Mr. Darré received his B.A. in Political Science from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University.
