Utility Monitoring and Benchmarking Services through BOB

"BOB" is a proprietary Internet Based Software program that allows facilities to capture multiple years of utility data and basic facility data for benchmarking and comparative purposes. The output of BOB allows for each facility to be compared to multiple similar facilities for true benchmarking purposes and can be used to identify facilities that are in need of additional conservation and capital services.

The below chart is an example of this benchmarking capability. BOB allows for multiple comparatives including Btu/Sf/Yr, Cost/Sf/Yr, as well as many others.

How is BOB Implemented?

As part of this service, AEA assumes the responsibility of collecting the required utility data, normally directly from the utility company. Once this information is collected, AEA will work with facility engineers to obtain the necessary facility information that will allow for the comparative analysis of each individual site.
